This is a hand carved skull of the bronze winged duck on a tumbler with Speculanas Specularis, the latin name, inscribed just beneath. All carvings are copied directly from photos of a real skull and are close to accurate. This particular tumbler has a lovely amber glaze created by Sarah on the rim and inside.
